The system of governance has no direction at all. Where can you find a call center that is found inside a ware house? Only here. And not so good compensation package. Whoever said that this company is worst is a lousy jerk. I know who you are. The facilities does not can give a good ambiance.......its in the warehouse.........hahaha Oh really??? Come on, you're just one of those not so good agents or even administrator there... I pity you... You're stuck in a company where there is no growth just like you... Now Who's "Lousy Jerk"? I'm only stating the fact about this com This company really sucks,,imagine a callcenter inside a warehouse with the airconditioning system barely working,,and the best part is you get to be with construction workers on your nightly shift@!!GREAT!!!And the worst part is the HR personnel are real Naku wag kayo papaloko dito... mga siraulo tao jan sa HR... Pati yung ibang agents... there's someone in the hr dept who's nice. just hope she's stil there The people in Global 9 are all nice it's just that ,at times, the management is failing to deliver quality services. It's actually a good training ground for those who want to be part or to those who want to start a career in a call center business. I wi I also worked with G9 (as we called it) last December 2005 until May 2006... that's true, G9 located inside Lapanday Center which like similarly a warehouse along with Dencios Grill and Terriyaki Boy food chains. Thank you. its great to be part of Global 9, I was able to practice all the things that I've learned from this company to my present job. can the rating be "NONE" coz Global 9 is not really a call center. They are bunch of assholes...Imagine, they are not remitting SSS and Pag-Ibig monthly dues when in fact they deduct it in the salary...I agree with the others, this is the worst company i I worked here before as a QA, and grabe talaga politics dito, especially yung nasa HR, grabe palakas sa GM walang kwenta na company niloloko lng nila mga client na balikbayan may employee dyan habang nag wowork nagbubunot ng buhok sa kilikili yuck it so suck walang mode babae pa naman sya kadiri walang kwentang company lalo na yun mga sipsip sa GM.yun ibang tao dyan kupal pa,ayaw pang alisin kahit na liability na sa company kse yun asawa ngpapalakas sa company e pulpol naman nun agent din,hindi nga marunong sa mortgage yun e daig pa cya ng mga ag i missed working here. Mga manloloko sila buti n lang d ako nagtagal ang pera na kinikita dyan ay galing sa panloloko sa nga balik bayan natin na niloko nila, I hope this company will close so. ok Dito nagtatrabaho si galis, ang dating TL na puro kati sa katawan kaya ginawang agent na lang uli, wala kaseng magawang matino kundi magkalat lang ng galis sa katawan duh, i hope sum of those clients in prepaid reveal evrything with the service for them to get close. Grabe mandaya ng service ang service na to sorbrang mapolitica! trainor na lahat ng tao sinisiraan. feeling matalino kupal naman. nandyan ka pa ba???? pang warehouse ka nalang.. so yun na nga G9..well what can i say? sucks!
