Perhaps a bit of professionalism will help. Just a suggestion though. Diri pa ng lapta baho... i resugned din dito. yeah they are not perfect and yeah what was siad here was true. but, the company still helped me a lot. i mean, eto ung first call center company ko kasi. so un. okay rin naman un. siguro. instead na magalit sila, o mag away, let it be na lng...lahat nama may flaw diba? hmmm... yaan nu na lng and isa pa, ung comments ng mga dating agents dito? opinion nila un. besides, nasa web page kayo, wherein the reader has to rate the center. so kahit di taga gmci pwedeng mag rate. depende sa performance ng managemnt and nang team. so sana, instead of focusing sa bickerings and pag balos, dapat isipin ung ano dapat iimprove diba? think lang positive para positive din ang results they had the chance to be good but it seems the company doesn't even bother on improving their system and working environment. i don't think they even have the financial capabilities to improve anymore. service has been really bad. i stopped dealing with them a while back because of poor service. their sales team just called me some time ago and proposed to do business with my company. said her name was janet watson. i asked her where she was and she said she was in new jersey. funny cause their address was just right at the street where i lived. asked around and nobody heard of a company named GMCI on that street. fraud company in my opinion. office is in Iloilo City, Philippines. they're using a fraud address in new jersey. is this some backyard office? or just some punks trying to fraud people from some wooden shack? HAHHAHAHAHAHHA...kaladlawan ang nag comment..hahahaha.. ti anu daun? enjoy ka guid..hahahaahhaha I feel sad about all this. no one has the right to be mad. not even the company.
