walang sumasagot sa phones nila, kainis, and they dnt call you if you don't pass, but sa people support they tell you right away, sila they have to decide pa, eh ang liit ng company nila, kung dilang malapit samin
d naman ako mag apply, layo ko kasi from peoplesupport tapos pasig pa ako.
They have no medical benefits, no premiums, delayed commissions...
they only have 5 calling agents. Is this a real company?

I think this company has no assurance of stability. I have already check its background, it seems that the owner is only thinking of his business and not for the future of his employees. He's just thinking of money. The site is not really informative.

I applied before at EnfraUSA Solutions Inc. not true that they don't have exam in fact I failed the test..It's actually a call simulation test..They told me that I failed the exam because I have slips (P & F problems) sayang, they pay P25,000 basic. Anywa

GUYS, PLS DONT ONLY THINK TWICE BUT A HUNDRED TIMES IF YOU WANT TO PERSUE ANY OF YOUR DREAMS AND STAY/APPLY WITH ENFRAUSA.. I HAVE BEEN AN EMPLOYEE OF THIS COMPANY FOR ABOUT 8 MONTHS AND LET ME TELL YOU, IT WAS NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE.

i've been employed for 1year (Telus) and 6 months (Sitel) now.. i went to enfra and the frontline HR told me that i have to wait another 6 months because they're strict when it comes to standards, they said.. they're looking for 2 year-tenured agents.. SH
sobrang bulok ang enfra usa..they'll sign you up with a 25k salary pero hindi totoo dadaan ka muna sa P150 per day allowance for a week then P500 per week tapos pag malapit mo na matapos training period at mag start ka na as probationary having 25k salary

They are not giving P150 allowance, its actually 500 on the first week only. But When you start calling you will be entitled to receive P18K Basic for VOIP ha, But if you are for Senior Level higher offer pa.

apply din ako Enfra before pero d ako tanggap kse sbi nung bobong interviewer lagi raw may gap na 6 mos ang work history ko...what a stupid reason.
Guys, Mag-isip muna kayo ng mabuti before even working here. I worked there from June 2007 to Feb 2008. Sa bago kong company ngayon mag-aavail sana ako ng SS loan at nalaman ko hindi pala nagreremit ang EnfraUSA!!!!
