The Dialogue Group delivers specialised outsourced contact centre services to the UK and South African markets on behalf of FTSE100 and JSE30 corporations. With technologically advanced sites in Cape Town, Johannesburg and Nairobi, and a fourth opening in Durban in 2006 providing capacity for 2,500 seats.
The Dialogue Group is a cutting edge outsourced contact centre company delivering quality services into the UK and South African markets on behalf of FTSE100 and JSE30 corporations.
Dialogue Communications was founded in 1999 as an outsourcer for local South African businesses and soon attracted clients such as Pfizer and British American Tobacco. It was the first outsourcer in South Africa to be awarded an international contract. In 2003 investment by the Evolution Group funded growth into the UK market and the Dialogue Group was established.
Early in 2005 the Dialogue Group was chosen by TSC, one of the largest UK outsourcers to partner with them and TransWorks India. This alliance offers a seamless transition of services over three continents, delivering against a standardised operations model that ensures total client satisfaction regardless of outsourced location.
Collectively the Dialogue Group, TSC and TransWorks are able to offer close to 6,000 seats worldwide occupied by 5200 FTE.
The Dialogue Group have expertise and experience in customer service, customer acquisition and back office processing in the Telecom, Financial Services, Leisure and Utilities arenas.
