Cybersys provides inbound teleservices for both the Business to Business and Business to Consumer markets, 24 hours a day and 7days a week.
Inbound callers typically call toll-free numbers to request product or service information; place orders for advertised products or obtain assistance with a previous order or purchase. They can provide toll-free numbers for their clients or use previously established numbers.
OUTBOUND SERVICES
