Cybersoft Data Networks provides offshore keying, coding, scanning, OCR (with cleanup and tagging), SGML, XML and Data Format conversion for current and legacy data such as technical manuals, manuscripts, white and yellow page directories, litigation documents, medical journals and geological well logs. You furnish us with your conversion rules, SGML DTDs, customized tagging or markup specifications, database schemas and data file formats, we will take care of the rest.

Cybersoft Data Networks has been in business in the Philippines since 1986. The company was started from within the State University of the Philippines to meet a growing need for computer training and consulting in programming and systems development.

In 1988, the company started providing data entry services both in the Philippines and in the United States. At this point, Cybersoft Data Networks was registered as a California corporation to serve as the marketing and liaison office for data entry services in the United States. In 1992 the data entry operations in the Philippines was spun off as a separate company called Cybersoft Data Networks, Inc.

Conversion and data entry projects include keying yellow pages, public records such as Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) filings, market research surveys, coding of litigation documents, coding and tagging of manuals and books. Source documents are usually shipped to Manila. Data are transmitted back to the client's offices usually via FTP as often as necessary.
