if you want to to stay long in a call center industry this is not the company. if you are a starter and want to experience hows it like to work in a call center, this is the place. they very good in training and will learn so much, but thats it. no growth

this is the worst and poorest call center i've known. they don't regularize their employees as if they offer high pay and invincible compensations?? sucks bigtime! eww!
no other call center provides a yearly increase to agent's salary.. those people who are complaining are those that are incompetent and those are the people who were not able to meet the company's standards.. why keep them if i own the company.. =)
