These information are all but false advertisement! This company is definitely fraudulent. Matuto kang magsinungaling sa clients kasi puro kalokohan ang products! Clients claiming for refund will be advised to send email thru the refunds department, when in fact these client's concern will only be declined kasi HINDI NMAN DIN NILA IREREFUND UN PERA. MAJORITY ng clients nagcocomplain sa product kasi it's either nag cause ng medical issues un "health & beauty products" nila or these clients were automatically charged with the membership fee kahit hindi pa tapos ang trial period. Iba-iba ang nakalagay sa website na info at iba rin ang nakalagay sa email confirmation. (Kakaiba di ba?, only leads to 1 scenario, ang MANLOKO!) At tadtad na to ng complain sa BUSINESS BUREAU sa US - Take Note! WORST thing about this FRAUDULENT COMPANY, is their method of paying their employees. Wlang kupas sa DAMI ng dispute sa sahod, hangang umalis ka nlng, di pa rin resolved yun dispute mu.. Hanep mga nagtatgal dito, malamang kaya cla nagtatgal is because.........WALA na silang ibang option na pag-applyan at bukod tangi ang kumpanya nalng na to ang magtitiis tumangap sa kagaya nila.. Bagay lng din cla kasi pare-pareho clang UNFIT para mapabilang sa isang TUNAY at DESENTENG kumpanya.. I would attest to that! Dahil mismong un pinaka-boss sa OPES account dito, CONFUSED na sa pageexplain sa disputes sa salary.. Kasi talagang pretending lang na may SISTEMA sila, but the truth is WALA!! One of the ways in order to attest and to prove the stability and reputation of a company is thru their employees' tenure.. As for CONTACTCENTER? Continous hiring kasi, maya't maya ang pagalis ng mga tao.. Walang makatagal sa kalokohan ng kumpanyang to.. Dagdag mu pa ang mabahong office nila na puro ipis at daga.. Maalikabok na workstations at mga stupid na staff! I bet, this company will soon VANISH... FOR GOOD! Guys, Beware of CONTACTCENTER.COM! Don't be fooled by this FRAUDULENT COMPANY!
