bad HR ... Rajat needs to be kicked out
HR has no clue what all happens in the operations,where employess are harrased majorly specially agent level and that too most of them girls.
There is so much of pressure & stress given to them ,which is totally non accepatable for female employees.

and people like KUNAL MALHOTRA should be thrown out of the company for such behaviour with the employees.THIS is not at all expected from a company where profeesionals like SANJAY DALMIA * SANJAY PUROHIT head a company.
THIS should be brought to media so as to stop all such harrasment of females in the company asap.....
Horrible HR services, fail to meet needs of employees. Speaking from the view point of an employee, if I was one of the people with a contract with C&S I would be very upset- they do no enforce rules or half the time common law to be followed on the phone
