Central Europe BPO support contact with customers using telephone, fax and email. Their systems are set-up to track, record and report on each customer contact using state-of-the-art Contact Center technology based on Internet Protocol (IP).
Central Europe BPO was established in 2004 by Adam Eisenberg and based in Wroclaw, Poland. In January, 2005 an alliance was formed between Central Europe BPO and MaxASP GmbH. Together, MaxASP and Central Europe BPO offer complete contact center solutions for the German market.
