So as to say, they have weekly incentives (thats your personal performance) and they have a monthy incentives divided to all the employees on their respective departments. You will only have to pass SSS, BIR and other clearances as soon as youve stayed 6 months with them. Do you know how to speak in English and Close a Deal? Do you want work in Dayshift, calling AU, NZ, PH, VN, SG, MY and ID? Stop whinning! you shud have let the viewers submit thier resume I heard they have a superb QA department I heard they dont give monthly salary and that they only give compensation by commission basis, is this true? Callbox has the highest salary and benefits in iloilo. in addition, team members receive transparent percentage-of-revenue performance-based incentives monthly. they mostly do outbound, so they only hire the best. high salaries!!!!!!!!!!! always forgot to reply their applicants.......... they only hire rejects from other call centers. very low salary, no legal papers to substantiate their existence. dont pay the benefits accorded to their employees in proper departments... When I quit my studies, I applied @ Callbox and I was hired! I've been working here for more than a year now. At times, I would think that I'd rather work here than go back to school! Really bad quality of service. Telemarketers are hard to understand. Callbox is a very good company and much better than all the callcenters in panay. I worked there and the experience was rad. the salary is yummy and unlimited as long as u have the skills. They offer basic salary, free food and drinks, and even a discount card to some restaurants and stores here in Iloilo.
