They use own designed fully customized CRM system, as well as we use all other modern technology necessary for productive work such as PBX (Private branch exchange system), IVR(Interactive Voice Response system), VRS(multi line voice recording system) and ADS(automatic dialing system) all this runs on reliable and fast physical server work under Windows server 2003 R2.
