American International Marketing Solutions (AIMS) Corporate Vision is to become the preferred business process outsourcing partner of companies and organizations and be known as a Company committed to understand the business requirements of its clients in order to provide quality and cost effective service that will contribute to the enhancement of their business profitability.

The Company has been founded by a group of Filipino and American professionals and enterpreneurs. The shareholders and the management team has extensive experience in the timeshare telemarketing, customer service or as business entrepreneurs. Its American Partner has more than twenty years of experience in Timeshare Telemarketing Operations in the United States and other parts of the world. Its Filipino shareholders and management team brings into the Company their combined long years of experience in customer service call center operations, outbound telemarketing operations and as professional managers and entrepreneurs in various industries. The Company has started to provide outbound telemarketing and complementary inbound customer services to several Resort and Vacation Ownership Companies in the United States of America. In the first half of 2005, with the Company's track record and performance, one of the largest Resort and Vacation Ownership Company in the United States of America signed up a strategic agreement whereby the Company shall provide outbound telemarketing and the complementary inbound customer services for said Resort and Vacation Company for Southern California. In July 2006, the Company signed up an Agreement for similar services for the largest Resort and Vacation Ownership Company based in Australia and the Company has started to provide said services in August 2006. The Company was organized and registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission on April 20, 2005 under SEC Registration No. CS200506668.
