Low Salary, and Lack of Benefits
The supervisors treat their employees unethically
Very legalistic but not following benefits entitled by the Department of Labor
Poor management style, less benefits for the employees who worked hard for the company to survive. Politics and favoritism are being practice especially by the management.
Question to any employees of the ADEC, is it really true that the salary is low? and is lacking benefits?

yup very low salary and no benefits....
the salary is low kung hindi ka papasok. dats why.. sa hirap ng buhay ngaun, wag na kau magreklamo kung mababa ang salary as long as my trabaho db.. be practical.
It is true, the salary is very low. They pay us minimum wage (before it was 362, now it's382). We don't have benefits except from Philhealth which is deducted from our salary. Also, Amdatex was categorized as a BPO Company and they should pay what oth

adec pays for philhealth, i was with them from 2004-2006 i gave birth 2007 i learned that they are paying it as well as sss and tax. yeah low salary but the job is not that hard, a lot of petiks, i enjoyed staying here. you will also enjoy if your single
