poorly manage center lacks on computer facility. The floor was managed by young professionals which lacks of managing experience. 10 hours of working time instead of 8 working hours. No transportation and food allowance, Some website
Agents are having a hard time understanding and speaking english language.
Everything is new! including the agents of course! Try to see to appreciate! :D
yes it is award winning customer care service however, people who manage it in philippine has no idea how to handle or manage a company thats why the company sucks in performance
Managers and supervisor only know one thing incentive and commission. They are the most corrupt people who steal money from agent that they work hard.
