Good Day, Currently, I am working in a Contact Center that concentrates on Technical Support and Customer Service for DISH Network. I am supporting both Technical and Customer service. I have a vast interest in the opening because I have knowledge and experience when it comes to sales. I was a Marketing Coordinator for Amethyst Inc. A local marketing company that deals with selling various products (e.g beauty products, health products etc). I trained and supervised agents that promotes the product by assigning them to their designated store locations. When it comes to communicating and getting the trust of customers and clients; I believe I am well equipped but still knows that there are still a huge room for development. I also used to work for Accenture Inc, as a Technical Support Representative for a DSL/Broadband company. My main description is to help customer set up and install their Internet hardwares (e.g. Modem, switches, hubs etc.).I also used to teach basic English foundation to Koreans who visits and tours the country. I am an undergraduate of Information Technology in one of the best IT schools here in the Philippines. I only have one more year left and planning to finish my course when time and money permits it. With proper training that im sure your good company will provide, I can be very competitive with the available post. I am a motivated person with vast amount of patience and knowledge needy; I believe these are some of the basic manner that your company requires, and I can use this to the company's advantage to help it achieve its goal.
