Most of the management teams are resigned due to unsupportive people in the U.S. Beware!!!! it's a very good company though, all workplaces really aint perfect for each and everyone, it does have some fallbacks despite its goodness, the financial account is good despite of its falldown.. you wont be complaining of the workload (agent level) offs I think Access is becoming to be a threat to the big players. They are getting better. Every agent here in every payday will surely have SALARY DISPUTE, their payroll system pretends to be high tech, (kasi INTERNET based, by the way name of the system is TITANIUM) but its not. Just asking lang po this company provides very nice opportunity especially if u pass the license stockborker exam which is recognized worldwide but there's a catch load is ok but there's a big financial liability risks when u take every call...malaki nga suweldo pero wala ka Jon Fontanilla was promoted as an OM because he is mascular, got a very distinctive FILIPINO-ENGLISH accent and very good at kissing ass. Daniel A should be promoted as TL. Sya lang ang nakakatagal sa Tl nya sa Access. I just got hired and waiting for that start date. They are offering around 27k all in all (basic and incentives). I need a company who can help my career grow. I'm targeting a managerial post after some months or a year. Is this that good company? Anybody?
