Am-Phil Administrative Incorporated was conceived to respond to the rising need for Medical Transcription Firms Internationally. Having varied medical background and experience, the founders who share the same passion for providing care to the human race, teamed up together to organize an administrative center that will provide services to medical practitioners/providers worldwide. In this way, they had hoped to carry on their learned skills and training to continue to be of service to mankind.


The center is designed to be a reliable and accurate source of medical services such as medical transcriptions to doctors, hospitals, and clinics mostly based in the United States and Canada. Aware that responsible patient care is dependent on the accuracy of patient records, they have carefully developed an administrative center that can be depended upon by those who choose to outsource their medical transcription needs.

The group is a conglomerate of experienced medical providers and medical administrators trained in and by the United States government. The president and CEO is equipped with twenty-six (26) years of experience in managing medical transcribers for the United States Air Force and until the actual start of operation of this company was providing medical services in the administrative billing of medical practitioners.

Among the Board of Directors is a retired Nurse from the United States, who has done similar administrative work for medical practitioners. The EVP has over twenty-two (22) years of service in the field from the United States Government; and has managed and supervised outpatient settings, emergency room settings and inpatient settings, who is also the head of the Quality Assurance.

On his right hand is the Senior MT Editor who has over four (4) years of experience in transcription and editing works. On his left hand is a trainer of MT policies, procedures and guidelines for HIPAA compliance and skills needed for excellent language proficiency.

Regular trainings, seminars and team buildings are top priorities for the personnel in our company. AM-Phil Administrative Center built a strong framework of human capita for our clients to have confidence in the quality of the work they offer.
