Gives low salary to its employees.Not a good environment for a call center industry.

pwede kang magtrabaho hanggat gusto mo, pwede ring hindi.. its up to you as long as you are paid by the company!

Know what, they give extra care for their employees coz, they provide guards sa labas ng gate para mabantayan ang mga empleyado nila sa mga holdapers at snatchers!good work!!

Grabeh ang ADEC! Pinaasa nila ako ng 2 months pinaghintay ako ng tawag nila. Napasa ko na lahat ng medical requirements sabay ssbhn skn walang bakante! at super tagal pa ibigay ang medical requirments ko! wag kau mag aapply jan

The company gives whats d best to all of there employees... pero ang hindi maganda sa knila, ung mga nasa line leader at visor.. Crab mentality ang umiiral, nd nawawala un sa lahat ng company, pero hindi mo masisikmura ang ugali nila.
