AB System sucks! This is the only call center na wlang QA, wlang AVAYA! Sequencing ang calls, so if ur tired taking calls... just pretend that u do have a call and u r busy coz they wont recognized it... CHECK IT OUT, ABSYSTEMS IS EXPANDING!!!! A LOT OF IMPROVEMENT. Those who chose to stick around are in for better times. Ang natira na lang dito puro magagaling na agent. At take note * clean sales lahat * yung magagaling na sinasabimo, naterminate na lahat dahil scamero My hard work paid off!!! We are indeed expanding , sorry for those who left the company, INGGIT KAYO !!!!! Base pay was raised for agents. commissions scheme is awesome, and I myself was promoted 30K. feel free to join us INGGIT LANG ANG MGA NATERMINATE N INGGIT LANG ang mga naterminate na yan. I have an agent whose making commissions up to 9000 per cut off... not only that, we're only few but our sales are awesome...... kasi wala na mga scamero... HAHAHAHAHAHAHA Magkano naman ang starting salary dito? Mayroon bang medical coverage/insurance? I work at ab and I love it. The people are nice and the bonuses are excellent I work at ab and I love it. Every call center has problems, it's just that some have more obvious flaws than others. I'm sure that ABSystems is trying to fix their problems, but there are other alternatives. There's Ascend Asia, Teletech, and Ambergris Solutions. Just try to visit us and see for yourself what ABsystems has become, 300 seats available. A massive expansion that only means one thing. BIG IMPROVEMENT. Kudos for outbound !!!! supervisors are effective and good. specially their OM, he was able to make things happen and made ABSYSTEMS a better place to work with ab systems is now GLOBAL I-INET!!!sobrang mautak ang company na to,imagine,takutin ba naman ang mga empleyado n mag resign n kesa abutan pa ng bankrupt?HELLER....asan ang expansion...???THIS company sucks!!! manloloko kayo!
